things you can do at the gym

nowadays, a lot of people going to the fitness club, let say gym bahaha but it sound weird! okay, so many things you can do at the gym, for example:

1. Treadmill

you like to run? or just jogging or even just walk but you want to stay in one place while you listening to your favorite song. just hit your foot on the treadmill. do the normal walk for just like 1 or 2 minutes then try to run a little, for 3 minutes, if you can do better do it for 5-10 minutes and run for 15 minutes non stop is much better if you walk on the treadmill regularly.

2. Exercise Bikes

too lazy to walk or run on a treadmill? you can just sit! i mean... sit and move your legs like you're ride a bike, just simple as that. don't forget to bring your phone and headset or for more simply, hands free.

3. Elliptical Machine

or if you think exercise bike is too easy and still don't want to touch the treadmill, lets move to elliptical machine. it's like exercise bike but you are not gonna sit, come on it's fun!

4. Boxing or Muay Thai

ever watch boxing? FCL or else? muhammad ali? ok, here i'm trying to tell you, you don't have to do boxing like what you watched on tv, no. just learn the basic steps, like: cross, jab, hook, uppercut, elbow, knee, kick (there's a bit differences between boxing and muay thai), but i usually do muay thai at the gym. girls and teenagers usually like to do muay thai, you should try this if you don't want to do stuff at the gym, you can do muay thai :)

5. Yoga & Pilates

dream of a flexible body? try yoga or pilates. i don't have to explain it, right? ;)
